Table reservations
When making an online reservation, you select the date, time and number of guests and provide your contact details. You will receive the reservation information and a link for managing it by email. If you need to change or cancel the reservation, use the link in the email or contact us.
The current selection and prices of drinks and refreshments are available in the Uhelna menu.
Catering and private events
Submitting the catering form is a non-binding enquiry. Neither the submission itself nor the automated enquiry summary confirms the date. We will agree the scope of services and format of the event together. A catering date is confirmed by a deposit.
The catering packages on the website are intended for events of up to 50 people and the prices include VAT. Extras and transport outside the package are listed separately. Service times are approximate. We accept online enquiries at least 14 days before the event; contact us for an earlier date.

Complaints and dispute resolution
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, contact us using the stated email address or phone number, or speak to us directly at the venue. Describe what the complaint concerns and provide contact details for our reply.
If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly with us, you can request its out-of-court resolution by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority. The competent body is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Central Inspectorate – ADR Department, Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Prague 2.
